BFD’s Project Health Checks are a current snapshot or overview on the status of a project.  We always provide an honest and independent assessment of how well the project is performing in accordance with its objectives and its compliance with any relevant processes or standards.

How well does the project use the assigned methodology?

Risk Review

The Risk Review is primarily to ensure that the risk management strategy is adequate and appropriate for the project.

BFD’s Project Health Checks result in an assessment report being provided to the Project Sponsor that highlights areas that require immediate action, areas where further investigation is required to establish potential problems and areas that are on track and performing well in accordance to its objectives and compliance with any relevant processes or standards.

The timeframe for executing project health check and delivery of the assessment report is usually within ten working days from commencement of the project health check.
